Our Activities in Arles-sur-Tech
Spending your vacation at Camping Paradis Le Vallespir means relaxing and breathing in the fresh mountain air in a simple, laid-back way, all within a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The Pyrénées-Orientales department (66) is the ideal place to enjoy a wide range of activities—in the mountains, by the sea, in the countryside, or in Spain —all withinthe Catalan setting of Camping Paradis Le Vallespir.
In July and August, three activity leaders will be putting together a program of family-friendly activities, sports, and events designed especially for your children. And for pétanque enthusiasts, you can put your skills to the test in the weekly tournament!
The kids’ club meets every day and is open to children ages 6 to 12 during the July and August school breaks, Monday through Friday. Our activity leaders welcome your children on Sundays to introduce them to the week’s activities. The activities are tailored to their skill level and take place during the day and sometimes in the evening.
Activities for older children take place from April through the end of June and in September in the afternoons from Monday through Friday, and in July and August all day, except on Saturdays.
Inflatable games, bocce court, ping-pong, foosball, soccer, children’s playground, kids’ club during peak season, fitness area, donkey farm, mini-golf, archery during the off-season, … Your vacation at Vallespir Campground is sure to be lively and full of laughter.
After spending time with friends, cool off in our solar-heated pool, which is open from mid-May through the end of September.
All of these facilities are available free of charge throughout your stay.
The schedule of activities is posted on the two large activity boards. To borrow equipment, you’ll need a card, which is issued in exchange for a €10 deposit.
Lively evenings
Quizzes, concerts, karaoke, and dance parties will be part of your dinner events. On the menu: mussels and fries, paella, or barbecue—something to delight every palate.
Evenings at the campground are the perfect opportunity to get together and enjoy the unique vacation atmosphere. Let the party begin!

Family Canyoning in Amélie-les-Bains
Discover canyoning as a family through a water hike in the Terme and Mondony Gorges in Amélie-les-Bains (for ages 8 and up). A water hike is a great way to experience canyoning as a family, under the guidance of certified canyoning guides.
Introductory Canyoning Course in Céret
The descent through the Anelles Canyon is full of rushing water and sparkling slides, located just a few kilometers from the Le Vallespir campground in Céret. You’ll have the chance to jump into the void and land in pools of water, as well as tackle other obstacles like climbing walls. The Anelles Canyon is perfect for an indoor adventure course that includes jumps ranging from 4 to 7 meters, slides, two 26-meter waterfalls, and many other small challenges to overcome. Via Ferrata is a great way for families to explore the mountains together. More and more families are choosing via ferrata as a new way to explore the mountains. Young people can safely climb mountains that were previously off-limits to them, and adults can overcome their fears by discovering the joys of hiking.
La Panoramique Via Ferrata in Saint-Paul-de-Fenouillet
The Panoramique is a hiking trail featuring ladders, rope bridges, footbridges, and Himalayan-style bridges. You’ll love the unique views of the Aude Valley stretching all the way to the Mediterranean Sea, not to mention getting an up-close look at the famous Mount Canigó. This hike will get your heart racing and give you an adrenaline rush like never before. Along the way, you’ll have the chance to see Saint-Paul-de-Fenouillet from the summit and catch a glimpse of the Pic de Bugarach on a clear day. The Panoramique is open to people ages 12 and up.
